Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because specialized natural hair and loc services require dedicated multi-hour blocks, please review the following terms prior to booking:
48-Hour Notice Window: Any cancellation, rescheduling request, or service adjustment must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment start time.
Late Cancellations (Under 48 Hours): Cancellations or reschedule requests made within the 48-hour window will incur a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. The initial non-refundable booking deposit remains non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made on the day of service or failing to show up without prior notice will result in an automatic 100% service fee charged to the card on file. Future booking privileges may also be suspended.
Grace & Emergencies: We understand true emergencies arise. While policy fees are standard, fee enforcement remains at the stylist's professional discretion.
